Wellness policy

1. The wellness department is the host's private area, so the host reserves the right to refuse the use of the area without giving any reason. Guests may stay in the area only with the consent of the owner.
2. The sauna and the pool area are naturist areas. Swimwear is not allowed! If this is a problem for you, please use a beach towel or towel.
3. Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited in the area of the wellness department, in such a case the owner has the right to force the guest to leave immediately under the burden of ban! In this case, the amount paid is not refundable! In case of contamination of the pool water, the guest is obliged to reimburse the cost of the water change and the interruption of operation (the amount of this amounts to 800-1500 €)!
4. Please pay attention to order and cleanliness, and pay special attention to hygiene. This is not a public spa, so please take a shower before using the pool, do not use the pool after using sunscreen, sun oil, or massage oil, and be careful not to bring dirt into the pool area or pool.
5. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the improper use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the owner.
6. It is forbidden to bring pets into the area.
7. When taking a sauna, please put a towel under you (also under your feet).
8. You can only pour your own fragrance on the sauna stove diluted and with the prior consent of the host. Pour water only on the stones, make sure that liquid does not get on the ventilation openings and the control unit!
9. Other substances (cream, honey, salt, etc.) cannot be used in the sauna and pool area, they are only used in the garden!
10. The wellness department can only be used at your own risk. In the event of an accident, the host excludes responsibility, which the guest acknowledges upon entering. This applies especially to the pool area, the floor of which can slide (especially at the entrance to the pool and around the shower), so please pay close attention to safety.
11. The host accepts no responsibility for possible material damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
12. If any problems with the equipment arise during your stay, please notify the owner immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints!
13. It is forbidden to throw sanitary napkins and other clogging objects into the toilet! The guest is obliged to reimburse the resulting damage.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area! Smoking can take place on the street or in the yard in the designated place!
15. Drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited in the area!
16. The owner must be informed immediately of an accident, fire or other extraordinary event.
17. The owner is not in a position to assume responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that are not his fault (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, internet outages, etc.).
18. Please do not leave waste behind. When eating, please collect all leftovers and waste and throw them in the waste container.
19. You can park in front of the fence or in the yard free of charge! Always leave the entrance to the garage door free! Please do not park in front of the garage door, next door, or in front of your neighbor. If you have temporarily stopped online, please stop as soon as possible.
