Garden policy

1. The garden is the host's private area, so the host reserves the right to refuse the use of the area without giving any reason. Guests may stay in the area only with the consent of the owner.
2. The garden is a naturist area. Swimwear is not allowed! If nudity is a problem for you, please use a beach towel or towel.
3. Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited in the garden area, in such a case the owner has the right to force the guest to leave immediately under the burden of ban! In this case, the amount paid is not refundable!
4. Please pay attention to order and cleanliness, and pay special attention to hygiene.
5. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the improper use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the owner.
6. It is forbidden to bring pets into the area.
7. Garden tools can only be used at your own risk. In the event of an accident, the host excludes responsibility, which the guest acknowledges upon entering. The host is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.
8. If any problems with the equipment arise during your stay, please notify the owner immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints!
9. Drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited in the area!
10. The owner must be informed immediately of an accident, fire or other extraordinary event.
11. The owner is not in a position to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that are not his fault (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, internet outages, etc.).
12. The water features in the garden (shower, steam trap) only work in the summer, they are blocked in the winter due to frost. If you want to use them, please talk to the host, who will be happy to show you how to use them.
13. Please do not leave waste in the garden. When eating, please collect all leftovers and waste and throw them in the appropriate waste container (composting container, selective garbage can, trash can).
14. You can park in front of the fence or in the yard free of charge! Always leave the entrance to the garage door free! Please do not park in front of the garage door, next door, or in front of your neighbor. If you have temporarily stopped online, please stop as soon as possible.
