Apartman házirend

We strive to make sure that you feel comfortable during your vacation. We will do our best to ensure that no circumstances disturb your peace of mind. If, despite our efforts, you notice any disturbance that you are not satisfied with, please contact the host. In order to maintain the condition, order and cleanliness of the apartment and the furnishings, please refrain from any activities that you would not do in your own home. Due to the above, the guests of the apartment are obliged to observe and accept the House Rules and the rules of human coexistence and civilized behavior.
1. The accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly based on prior consultation.
2. The accommodation fee includes utility fees and other overhead costs, the use of towels and bed linen, weekly bed linen change for stays longer than one week, and final cleaning to an extent commensurate with normal use. In case of pollution exceeding normal use, the host is entitled to charge extra cleaning costs and compensation fees.
3. Payment options: cash, bank transfer. Accepted currencies: Forint (HUF) and Euro. (€)
4. In case of non-reservation of the accommodation or departure before the agreed time, the accommodation fee cannot be refunded.
  5. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment or in its area (courtyard, parking lot), guests who live here may not receive or allow strangers to enter. The apartment can be used by a maximum of 2 people. The accommodation provider is entitled to check whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation is permitted.
6. Pets are not allowed in the apartment!
7. It is forbidden to take the furnishings of the apartments out of the house!
8. The gate can be opened from the inside with a switch and from the outside with the given code. It is forbidden to hand over the key or make the code known to a stranger.
9. When leaving the apartment, the doors and windows must be closed, the gate must be closed.
10. When permanently leaving the accommodation, the lighting, heating and air conditioning must be switched off, and the keys must be handed over to the host. Please inform the host in advance of the expected date of this. When leaving the apartment or after that, the host has the right to check the availability of the equipment of the apartment, and in case of incomplete equipment, to detain the guest until the arrival of the authorities.
11. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the improper use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the host.
12. Violation of the policy may result in a ban, the theft or damage of objects, police or other measures.
13. In the event of a problem, the host is entitled to ask for a €200 deposit or to refuse the room reservation if the guest makes a repeated reservation.
14. In case of possible loss of the keys, the guests are obliged to report it immediately and to reimburse the cost of the lost keys and the replacement of the lock to the host.
15. The host accepts no responsibility for possible material damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
16. The use of the air conditioning (climate) equipment is permitted only when staying in the apartment, behind closed windows and doors.
17. If any problems with the apartment arise during your stay, please notify the host immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints!
18. The host assumes no responsibility for personal valuables left at the accommodation. (In order to protect your valuables, please lock the entrance door of the apartment with a key.) The protection of valuables and objects belonging to the apartment is the guest's responsibility.
19. Please take care of order and cleanliness. When leaving the apartment, please do not leave unwashed dishes or garbage. We reserve the right to charge an extra final cleaning fee of €30 if the kitchen utensils are not properly cleaned upon departure. Garbage can be collected in the trash can located in the apartment. If it is full, place it in the trash can in the yard and in selective waste collectors! Another garbage bag can be requested from the host.
20. Do not put metal containers in the microwave oven!
21. It is forbidden to throw sanitary pads and other clogging objects into the toilet! The guest is obliged to reimburse the resulting damage.
22. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! Smoking can take place on the street or in the yard in the designated place!
23. Drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited in the apartment!
24. The owner must be informed immediately of an accident, fire or other extraordinary event.
25. The owner is not in a position to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that are not his fault (e.g. natural disaster, hail, fire, power outage, internet outage, etc.).
26. You can park in front of the fence or in the yard free of charge! Always leave the entrance to the garage door free! Please do not park in front of the garage door, next door, or in front of your neighbor. If you have temporarily stopped online, please stop as soon as possible.
27. In order to ensure the tranquility of the guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise, play music or listen to music outside the apartment between 22:00 and 08:00. Events and parties are not allowed in the apartment!
28. The owner reserves the right not to accept guests who behave scandalously and who do not follow the house rules, or to order them to leave the guest house immediately.
29. The pool, sauna and garden can be used in consultation with the host, which can be found in a conditional separate policy.
30. A camera surveillance system operates in the area of the property (with the exception of the interior of the apartment), which record and store images. The purpose of camera surveillance is to protect property and guests' personal values, given that the detection of violations, the prosecution of the perpetrator, and the prevention of these illegal acts are not possible in any other way, and their proof cannot be achieved by any other method. The legal basis for this data management is your voluntary consent. If you enter the monitored area of the property despite this information, your consent to the recording will be deemed to have been given.
